Enjoy this list of the top 10 Social Bookmarking sites. Ease of use was the most important, determining factor for this top 10 . I didn't include Facebook or MySpace, they are more social networking than bookmarking, but you can bookmark on these sites as well.

There are many very good bookmarking sites that came very close to making the top 10. Google, Mixx, Multiply, these are excellent sites with high pagerank. Some sites that didn't make it were just too difficult to navigate, they are, Bebo, Technorati, Ning.

1. Twitter---PR9---Alexa 15 Twitter is one of the easiest sites to use and understand, that locked up first place. You can post very quick messages, and post them all day long if you like. It's more social messaging than bookmarking, but can be used with bit.ly to post shortened bookmarks.
2. Slashdot---PR9---Alexa 1511 I like posting to Slashdot because they make it easy to post without logging in, you have to admit to being an anonymous coward, but it's worth it. It's heavily tech oriented.
3. Stumbleupon---PR8---Alexa 337 I love Stumbleupon, it looks like the original owners are back in control, after a brief history with eBay.
4. Ask---PR8---Alexa 47 Ask is so easy to use and you will get a vigorous response to your bookmarks. You will also find the leading stories of the day.
5. Digg---PR8---Alexa 123 Digg is always controversial. I like it because they let a lot of stories through that many bookmarking sites won't.
6. Propeller---PR8---Alexa 1829 Propeller has been a favorite of mine for many years, they have better than average stories and authors in my opinion.
7. Delicious---PR8---Alexa 583 Delicious is extremely easy to use and it is a pioneer in bookmarking. It would not be a true list of the best without Delicious.
8. Reddit---PR7---Alexa 516 Reddit is not as easy to follow as the others on the list for new users. After you use it a few times it gets easier, it made the list because my friends insisted, and I buckled.
9. Yahoo! Buzz---PR7---Alexa 2 It's easy to submit your bookmarks and "Buzz Up" any story. The layout is easy to follow and accessing your account is a snap.
10. DZone---PR5---Alexa 3486 DZone is probably a surprise to many bookmarkers, but try them out with good articles and you will get a lot of feedback, I was surprised they were a PR5, I thought pr7, they will be there soon, I predict. Easy to navigate and a lot of community activity.
